SHIPPING:
Please allow up to 7-10 days ( longer for larger orders or if I am behind) days before shipping as items are made fresh and can be a bit time consuming depending on the order. I will ship sooner if I have extra items that were recently made available. I ship USPS first class and priority. If you want an upgraded shipping method then please contact me before paying. Insurance if available for orders if requested. I accept international orders depending on what you want to buy, just check with me before.
RETURNS:
Due to hygine reasons I can't accept returns of bath & body products, at this time I'm not accepting burned candles back either. Please fully read policies and descriptions of items so you completely know what you are purchasing. Everyone likes different kinds of fragrances so I can't be responsible if you do not like a certain fragrance ordered. You can message for description of fragrances. If you have another reason as to why you want a refund please convo me to see if we can work something out. Sometimes fragile items such as bath bombs can crack in mail even when wrapped (mail carriers are not always gentle) so please keep that in mind. Again insurance is available if requested.
